Service Description:

Counselling services for children and their families * parents are involved in counselling when children are under the age of 12 * therapists use a family play model when counselling children and equip the use of play material, art supplies and puppets
Counselling topics include:- anger management
- grief and loss
- bullying
- depression and anxiety
- school issues
- separation anxiety
- trauma
Therapy models include: cognitive behavioural therapy, expressive arts, dialetical therapy, eye movement desensitization and processing therapy, solution focused and mindfulness
