Service Description:

Community wellness program promotes healthy living, safe communities, and the prevention of family violence. Service is offered on a one-on-one basis or through community workshops. Métis cultural approaches are included in programs
Client services include:
- looking at needs and goals
- providing support and coaching
- completing referrals
- advocating for clients
- providing community connections
- helping with forms
Community workshops may include:
- learning sessions
- sharing circles
- fitness activities
- recreational activities
- community gatherings
