Service Description:
|
28-bed accessible emergency shelter * provides temporary housing for women and their children who are experiencing relationship violence and victims of human trafficking
Services include:- telephone support and information
- advocacy and referrals to police, court, hospitals, lawyers, social services and community agencies
- custody and support issues
- immigration services
- financial support
- sexual assault counselling
- social and educational activities for women and children
Male children are able to stay in shelter if they are 18 years or younger (with exceptions) * service animals are welcomed
