- HIV/AIDS treatment and management
- pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services
- sexually-transmitted infection (STI) testing and counselling
- hormone replacement therapy
- surgical planning and referrals
- post-operative care
- dietitian and nutritional counselling
- social worker access for mental health counselling
- health and social service system navigation support, as well as service connection and engagement
- connection with peer support programming in the community
