Service Description: Specialized HIV health and gender affirming health care and wrap-around support

  • HIV/AIDS treatment and management
  • pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services
  • sexually-transmitted infection (STI) testing and counselling
  • hormone replacement therapy
  • surgical planning and referrals
  • post-operative care
  • dietitian and nutritional counselling
  • social worker access for mental health counselling
  • health and social service system navigation support, as well as service connection and engagement
  • connection with peer support programming in the community

Fees: Medical services may be covered by OHIP

Eligibility / Target Population: People living with, affected by, or at risk of acquiring HIV * people 18 years of age and older in need of gender-affirming care
