Service Description:

Rehabilitation services for people with complex disorders affecting
their muscles or bones * musculoskeletal disorders can include hip
fractures, other bone fractures, neuromuscular disorders, trauma, and
rheumatoid arthritis, as well as recovery associated with bone, muscle
or joint injuries or surgeries
