Service Description:
|
Supports and services for people with issues of depression, anxiety and panic, obsessive-compulsive, bi-polar or associated mood disorders and their families * recovery focused treatment includes one-on-one counselling, group therapy and family counselling
Therapies include:- cognitive behavioural therapies
- interpersonal psychotherapy
- dialetical behaviour therapy
- behavioural activation/exposure therapies

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People who are 18 years of age and older and experiencing issues of depression, anxiety and other types of mood disorders
|
