Supports for women to find and maintain employment * one-on-one counselling and workshops on skills development, resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, and networking * access to computers, phones, software, fax machines, and copiers
Programs include:
- Uplift Re-Skilling Program: provides women and gender diverse people to reskill or upskill in the advanced manufacturing and specialized technology
- Small Steps to Success: provides skills for workplace and school setting
