Service Description:

Housing stability services for families, couples and single people * self-directed searching to find and maintain housing * loan and grant options available
Programs and services include:- support with self-directed housing search
- intensive supports for families to sustain tenancy or find new housing
- eviction prevention
- rent funds to help with arrears or last month's rent deposit
- landlord negotiation and mediation
- referrals to housing stability programs
- free access to computers, internet, phones and newspapers
