Beginning April 13, the stairs in the Elmira Library Branch will be unavailable due to construction. Patrons will be able to enter the adult department using the elevator but temporary closures may occur at times. Holds may be picked up downstairs. The book drop may not be available every day, and there may be a delay in checking items in during this time even when the book drop is open. In addition, from April 27 to May 1, access to the public washrooms and children's area will be affected.
