Nursing and Professional Programs/Services:

Community Support Services:
  • adult day program

  • congregate dining (encourages seniors to gather together for a hot nutritious affordable meal at lunch in an environment that promotes socialization amongst seniors)
  • meals on wheels (volunteers deliver nourishing meals to people unable to cook or shop for themselves)
  • security/reassurance checks - telephone
  • SMART exercise program (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) * one on one in home exercise program that aims to restore frail, elderly, high risk seniors who have had a recent decline in functional abilities
  • supportive housing program (provides homemaking, personal support and/or attendant services to elderly individuals who live in supportive housing locations and who require services on a 24-hour basis)
  • volunteer hospice service

Special Services: DNA Paternity testing; volunteer transportation
