Service Description: Mutual support method of will training to regain and maintain mental health * teaches recovery methods to control behaviour and change attitudes * leadership provided by lay people

Sarnia Meeting:
  • Wed 7pm at St Luke's United Church, 350 Indian Rd S

Windsor Meeting:
  • Mon 7:30pm at Our Lady of the Atonement, 2940 Forest Glade Dr
