Service Description: 133-bed long-term care home * residential care for 79 private rooms and 53 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals
  • bedding and furniture
  • laundry and housekeeping

  • personal hygiene supplies
  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • recreation and social programs

Northridge is divided into 5 distinct resident communities, which consist of no more than 29 residents * each resident community has its own dining room, kitchen, living room, den, sun room, and outdoor garden
