Service Description: Recruits skilled volunteers to create customized assistive devices for people with physical disabilities.

Assists individuals with disabilities to achieve an independent life * works with recipients and family members, caregivers, and health professionals

**Tetra does not compete with commercially available products

Fees: Donation * Clients are asked, where possible, to make a contribution toward materials and mileage expenses. This would be discussed before any costs are incurred and is generally of a modest nature.
Application: Self referral or referral by family members or health professionals. Request for Assistance form is available on website.
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: All ages are eligible for assistance. Clients are assessed individually based on need and background. Tetra does not require clients to provide written medical information.
