Service Description: Works in partnership with the City of Guelph to operate the Evergreen Seniors Community Centre to promote seniors' activities and services.

Organizes special events and public interest forums, in addition to activities and services available throughout the year.
  • supports the development and implementation of Senior Peer Led Community Support Services programs which include a half-day social recreational program; Feeling Better Eat Well Nutrition Support, Feeling Better Move Well (in-home and group exercise); telephone support and referral / telephone visiting

Meeting: Board of Directors meet third Wednesday of each month
Fees: Membership * * Membership necessary to participate in GWSA activity groups and GWSA trips from the Centre. Discounted rates offered to GWSA members for courses, but membership not required
