Service Description: Collaborative partnership of organizations providing coordinated services to families and children from birth to age 6 in Guelph and Wellington County.

KIDS LINE, the central intake line for children's services, provides access to community-based supports for parents and professionals.

Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health manages KIDS LINE, with public health nurses taking the calls and making appropriate referrals. Children with more complex needs are assessed at one location by a Community Assessment Team that works together to develop a single plan of care with the family.
